Fermented fruit fly effects?

I encountered this little lady while visiting Cedar Creek Lake. She almost looks like she has been indulging in some kind of fermented fruit flies the way she’s hanging on to the hose!

Someone else suggested that she looked pregnant with an egg, but I don’t see it. I could be wrong though.
