Perfect for bedtime

Mindfulness and meditation are hard concepts for children to grasp so that’s why we appreciate children’s books that are geared to it. This one doesn’t disappoint as it is a great way to introduce and understand the concepts presented.

 Energy

This is such a unique book with unique illustrations! What is energy? This book explores energy being all around us. It may be for older readers, because it mentions things such as the “collective unconscious” and “instinctive knowledge.” I enjoyed reading this book.
